Description
Vista del Mar is a 3 bedroom ocean view home, located in Las Conchas area, further down from the guard gate about 4 miles inside this private community in a pristine location. The house sites right across the street from the Sea of Cortez with direct beach access. The master bedroom has a king size bed and is located in the upper floor with beautiful ocean views and a private bath and direct/private access to the terrace. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom are downstairs, the first one with queen size bed and the kids room with 2 twins and a day bed with a TV & VCR. From both bedrooms downstairs you have great views to the water. Shaded patio is also located in this area. The great room and kitchen are upstairs with incredible ocean views. Amenities include two TVs, VCRs (loads of videos to watch), DVD player, CD player, Patio furniture, Beach Toys & Chairs, Games.
