facing the Sea of Cortez, only 4 hours from Phoenix or Tucson (1 hour south of
the border at Lukeville ). Walk out your front door only 75 feet to the water.
Enjoy great sunsets and walk to restaurants and bars. The patio faces the south with sunny exposure year round. The villa is fully
furnished including linens and towels and has a full kitchen with a microwave,
coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, etc. Enjoy the peace of mind of an oversized two-car garage
and security patrol for your protection. This is a very quiet section of
beach. While the use of fireworks and ATV's are permitted nearby, they are restricted in front of
your villa. This is a great weekend or vacation spot for adults and for kids. The master suite has a king-size bed
and bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a two twin beds. The 3rd bedroom
suite has a queen size bedroom and bathroom. There are a pull-out sleeper sofa
and a full size futon in the living room. It has central heating and A/C,
barbeque, fireplace, refrigerator, dishes, linens, coffee maker,
microwave, toaster and garage.
