Check-in time is 4:00pm, Check-out time is 11:00am. A security deposit of $100 in cash will be asked at the front desk upon check-in. Prices do not include cleaning fees or applicable taxes. There is also a $10 per night impact fee not included on nightly rates. Cleaning Fee: $30/1 bedroom; $35/2 bedroom; $40/3 bedroom.

There is a charge for extra people. $10 per person/night (12 and under - no charge). All units have occupancy limits. 1BR condo=4 people; 2BR condo=6 people. $10 extra will be charged if you go over the following # of people in each unit: 1BR Unit=2 people; 2BR Unit=4 people; 3BR unit=6 people; 4BR=8 people. We must enforce these regulations in accordance with the Home Owners Association. All of the condominiums are non-smoking. Guest parking arrangements are property-specific. Please ask about any restrictions that may apply to your stay.
