SEA SIDE RULES AND REGULATIONS

Thank you for staying at one of our beautiful resorts in Puerto Penasco. We hope you will abide by these Rules and Regulations that are being provided for your convenience, and that your stay here will be most pleasurable. Please note that loud, rowdy and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, that all Rules and Regulations of the condos and of Mexico are strictly enforced and that violators will be held accountable including, but not limited to, arrest by proper authorities, eviction from the premises and/or forfeiture of all monies paid. All times quoted in these Rules and Regulations are Mexico time. Please note that for security purposes guests will be required to wear wristbands at the resorts during their stay.

  • Security Deposit is due upon check in, this will be with an open voucher with a Visa or Master Card and $200.00 if its cash. DAMAGES WILL BE CHARGED AGAINST YOUR CREDIT CARD  OR CASH DEPOSIT ON FILE WITH SEASIDE RESERVATIONS WITHIN 10 DAYS OF YOUR DEPARTURE. Deductions will be made for missing kitchen, linen, and decoration items, as well as for property damage. Deductions will also be made for lights and A/C-heat units left on and for windows and doors left open or unlocked. 

  • There is a $100 processing fee for canceling any confirmed reservation no matter how far in advance. Confirmed reservations, which are cancelled before ten (10) days of check-in date, will result in a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within nine (9) days of check-in date will result in the loss of the total amount paid for the reservation. Holiday reservations are non-refundable. There is a $20 late check-in fee after 10pm. Please notify us as early as possible if you will be arriving after 10pm.

  • There is a $20 rebooking fee for any changes made to a reservation once it has been made.

  • The rentals that we manage are individually owned. Each owner has furnished his/her rental in a fashion expected to meet the requirements of rental guests. If you have any specific requests, please let your travel agency know. It will be happy to help you find the property that best accommodates your needs.

  • Each rental that we manage is designed to sleep a specific number of people. You will lose your damage deposit and be subject to eviction without return of your rental payment if more people are found in your rental. 1bd units are for 2 persons, 2bd units are for 4 persons and 3bd units are for 6 persons, in case the property has a sofa bed in the leaving room, you may add 2 extra persons, this extra persons will be charge an additional fee at check in time. There is a charge for extra people in the rental unit of $10 per person per night ($20 per person per night at the Sonoran Sun). Children 12 years and under stay free but do count as an extra tenant.  Each resort will charge for the extra tenants at check-in.

  • No additional persons are allowed in the rental than you contract for at the time you made your reservation. The resorts may not admit guests that exceed the maximum capacities allowed per type of unit. If you exceed the maximum allowed for the unit you rented you will not be allowed to stay and there will be no refund given.

  • Please do not move or rearrange the furniture and avoid taking any items out of the condo. Everything is on inventory and anything damaged, broken, missing or lost will be charged to you. Please report any noticeable damages immediately upon check-in.

  • Mexican law prohibits possession and use of fireworks, firearms and ammunition.

  • All-terrain vehicles (ATVs), jet skis and sand rails will be allowed on the property, but must be parked in a designated area. (Rule applicable only at Princesa Condominiums.)

  • Camping on the grounds of the condos or congregating in the parking lot to party is not allowed.

  • No pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted in any unit. No glass containers are permitted around the pool. Only condominium renters and owners will be allowed to use amenities such as the pools and grills. Be sure to wear your ID bracelet provided at check-in at all times while in the common areas. This allows security personnel to easily identify you and keep unauthorized persons out.

  • BBQ grills are not allowed inside the condos or on the patios. Grills have been installed out on the beach for your convenience.

  • There is a curfew for loud music, TVs, radios, parties and use of the pool or grills after 10 p.m. in order to maintain quiet enjoyment for all renters.

  • Purified drinking water in 5-gallon jugs is available for $2.50. Please notify our staff at the Front Desk prior to 5 p.m. if you need more.

  • When leaving lower floor condos, please be sure to put the safety bars on the glass door and windows.

  • Cleaning service will be provided after you check out of your unit. If your stay is for one week or more, bed linens will be changed mid-week.

  • One parking space per condo is provided. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked outside the designated condo parking area. Sea Side Reservations is not responsible for vehicles or items left inside them. Please return all room keys upon checkout or your security deposit could be held up and/or charged. Sea Side Reservations requires a person 25 years or older to sign for the rental units during Spring Break, Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day weekends.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE RULES & REGULATIONS. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BREAKING THESE RULES MAY CAUSE THE LOSS OF THE REST OF MY TIME IN THE RENTAL UNIT AND/OR THE LOSS OF MY DEPOSIT. I ALSO TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGE I OR ANY GUESTS OF MINE MAY CAUSE DURING MY OCCUPANCY.
