SANDY BEACH RESORTS - The resorts are located along Sandy Beach in Puerto Penasco, Mexico. The town is commonly known as Rocky Point. Long a weekend getaway for desert dwellers in Arizona, Rocky Point has fast become a noted vacation spot for people throughout Northern America. In fact many of our owners come from Canada to enjoy the beautiful beaches and low-key lifestyle that pervades this once sleepy little fishing town.
	Las Palmas Resort Las Palmas is an oceanfront resort comprised of privately-owned luxury homes and condominiums. Las Palmas is a family-oriented culture. The gated compound offers 24-hour security, heated pools, Jacuzzis, lighted parking and a spectacular club house with swim-up bar, kid's pool, water slide, exercise room, game room and spa. All of this leads you to our most treasured amenity, a spectacular beach and the warm waters of the Sea of Cortez. Las Palmas was completed in the summer of 2005. The resort consists of twenty 3 and 4 bedroom homes stretched across the front of our beach. Behind the homes is four towers of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos.
	Sonoran Spa The Sonoran Spa Resort is an eight-story resort located right on the beach of beautiful Puerto Penasco. Facilities on location include a restaurant, spa, three swimming pools and two hot tubs, tennis courts, fitness center, a small store and a souvenir shop. TV brings in the Phoenix affiliates of ABC, CBS, NBC, and Fox. CNN and HBO II are also shown. The location couldn't be better. All of the units have private balconies overlooking the ocean. Sonoran Spa provides linens in all rental units and kitchens are fully stocked. There is also a dishwasher, stove, microwave, and washer and dryer. If you're bringing the kids, make sure the unit you get allows children. Some units are so nice kids aren't allowed, and some are completely non-smoking units, including on the balcony.
	Sonoran Sea Sonoran Sea Resort has 208 luxurious 1, 2, and 3 bedroom condos, with breathtaking views, and one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The swim-up bars offers a great opportunity to sit back, enjoy a beverage or a snack while bathing in the beautiful Rocky Point sun. Next door to the Sonoran Sea is a full service spa facility at La Spa. They offer massages, pedicures, manicures, skin and body treatments. You can also get a great dinner at the Sonoran Grill. Each condo is equipped with its own private oceanfront balcony. These balconies offer a breathtaking view of the ocean and the town of Rocky Point. All of the condos are equipped with air conditioning, TVs, VCRs, Stereo, bottled water, and a laundry room in each individual unit.
	Sonoran Sun The Sonoran Sun Resort is the newest resort on Sandy Beach. It has a new outdoor seating restaurant and a sports bar within the facility. The swim-up bars offers a great opportunity to sit back, enjoy a beverage or a snack while bathing in the beautiful Rocky Point sun. Each condo is equipped with its own private oceanfront balcony. These balconies offer a breathtaking view of the ocean and the town of Rocky Point. While you are not at your balcony, you can take a walk along the beautiful beaches of Sandy Beach. All of the condos are equipped with air conditioning, TVs, VCRs, Stereo, bottled water, and a laundry room in each individual unit.
	Sonoran Sky The Sonoran Sky Resort is the 4th member of the Sonoran Family, bringing with it newly designed floor plans, larger living areas, and state of the art features. The Sonoran Sky has only 1 building, facing directly toward the Sea of Cortez, which allows every unit to have an amazing ocean view. There are approximately 15 acres including 5 plus acres of spectacular desert oasis park with exciting amenities. Every Casa Blanca Golf Villa has a view of the central park area with the Sea of Cortez in the background. All of the buildings are designed, engineered and built using the latest technology in construction, electrical, plumbing, sound control, air conditioning and heating. You will find all the condo's and villas constructed with the finest materials with careful attention to details. you will find stone, marble, granite, tile, dual paned windows with low-e glass, thermal break window frames, lifetime finish and mechanical door hardware. 	Princesa de Peñasco Princesa de Peñasco is resort living at its finest. From our beach front top floor apartment you'll be able to see across the beautiful Sea of Cortez to the Peñasco lighthouse beyond. From the ground-floor condo the pool is only a few steps away, and the most beautiful beach in Rocky Point is only a few steps beyond that. Resort amenities include clubhouse with fitness center, tennis courts, three swimming pools and a child wading pool. Princesa de Peñasco has been very carefully laid out to maximize the views and create the feeling of a luxurious, private enclave and is only minutes from Peñasco’s restaurants, shops and nightlife. Apartments are generously sized to accommodate four people in two bedrooms with queen beds and private baths, and have a sofa/sleeper for two additional people. They have fully equipped kitchens, laundry room and TV/VCR. Rentals have everything you need for an enjoyable, relaxing stay, including daily maid service.
