LAS CONCHAS - Las Conchas is the first beach of the outer beaches on the southeast side of town in Rocky Point, Mexico. All homes are connected to the city utilities for both electricity and water. Because of this all homes have heat and air conditioning. Las Conchas is a beautiful guard gated community that has restricted access. No ATV's or Jet Ski's are allowed.
