Description
Casa del Sol is a 2 story Ocean
View home with 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and is located less than
300 feet from the Beach (3rd row back). As you enter the home
you will find two bedrooms with queen size bed in each one and
two full size bath. Each bedroom has a sliding glass door patio
entrance with views of the ocean. On the second floor you will
find the master bedroom suite (king size bed ) and has its own
bath and two private balconies. One balcony has views of the Las
Conchas Dunes; the other balcony provides incredible views of
the Sea of Cortez. The Great Room has large windows which provide views of the Sea
of Cortez and will be a great place to watch the sunrise and
sunset. The Great Room accesses a large outdoor deck, which is
the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a
drink at sunset. There is also a 3rd story “margarita deck”
located on the top of the house that provides magnificent views
of Las Conchas. The modern kitchen is equipped with a
dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave and there is also a
gas BBQ outside for your use.
