The Casa de Arcos Beach House & Casita is a charming beachfront
home, located in the guarded, gated community of Las Conchas. You will
enter this home via a private walled courtyard with a rustic Mexican
fountain in the center. The beach house has a large living room with
incredible views of the Sea of Cortez thru the triple pane sliding glass
doors that enter onto the beachfront patio. There is also a
TV/Satellite/DVD/VCR/CD/Stereo and a Beehive fireplace. The fully
equipped kitchen is separated from the living room area by a large bar,
where you can enjoy breakfast or a beverage at the end of the day.
This split design home has a master bedroom suite on one side of the
house with a king size bed, glass block shower and bathroom with custom
mosaic Mexican tile. As you awake in the morning, you will be greeted by
the sun as it reflects thru custom stained glass windows. The second
bedroom on the opposite side of the house has 2 double beds and a
bathroom with a glass block shower and custom Mexican tile mosaic
design. You can rent this portion of the home for up to 6 people.
If you have a larger party, you can add the Casita to accommodate up to
10 people. The Casita is an efficiency apartment that has a separate
entrance and is attached to the beach house via the courtyard. The
casita has custom faux paint, a queen bed, double futon sleeper sofa,
full kitchen, and a bathroom with glass block shower and custom Mexican
tile.
The crowning jewel of this home is its incredible 44" covered patio
that overlooks the Sea of Cortez. This is the perfect location to watch
the sun rise in the morning and set in the afternoon. It also provides a
perfect observation post to watch your family play on the beach while
you enjoy a beverage or good book. Located just inside the Las Conchas
Guard gate, this home provides easy access to all that Rocky Point has
to offer. If you like to walk on the beach, you can walk to Manny's
Beach Club in just about 20 minutes. With off-street covered parking and
wireless internet access, this home has all that you need for a perfect
beach vacation!
