Cancellation Policy and Guidelines

Directions
to Baja Cantina:
Take
Boulevard Benito Juarez (the main street as you enter Rocky Point). Boulevard
Benito Juarez turns into Cameche. Take
Camenche Ave to Matamoras Blvd. Camenche Ave dead ends at Matamoras Blvd. Baja
Cantina is located on the right.
Cancellation
Policy:
Once
a payment has been processed, all cancellations are subject to a
minimum $50 fee per reservation.
If
you cancel a reservation within seven (7) days of the arrival date, the
cancellation fee is the standard room rate for the first night of the
reservation or $50, whichever is greater.
There
is no refund for reservation where the guest does not arrive.
No
refunds will be given to any guest who is cautioned and/or evicted by the
management, resort security or local police for violations of the resort's
rules for guests.
Management reserves the right to issue refunds in the form of check made payable to the individual on the reservation and to mail it within 14 days of refund date.
There
are no
refunds for early departure for any reason and no refunds for holidays,
including spring break.
Rescheduling:
Any
reschedule is subject to a $50 fee.
Changes
in reservations are subject to current rates. If you need to reschedule a
stay you will be credited the amount of your prior reservation towards the
new one. Any difference in price will need to be paid.
Fireworks
& Other Expectations:
Due
to concerns for the safety for our guests and for the protection of their
property, fireworks are not allowed on the beach. Use of fireworks will cause forfeiture of your damage/security
deposit. Excessive noise or any other form of unacceptable behavior is a
violation of the contract implied by your reservation and will result in loss of
deposit and or eviction. No refunds will be issued for evictions.
Power
& Water:
Beachfront Rentals cannot be responsible for lack of
electricity due to power outages having anything to do with storms, the electric
company (CFE) or by any other means out of our control. Nor can we be held
responsible for water outages or shortages, which occur due to the lack of water
in the town of Puerto Penasco.
Your
Possessions:
Keep the doors to your rental locked. Safeguard all of your possessions at all
times. You and you alone are responsible for their safekeeping.
Your reservation has been provided by Beachfront Rentals. Beachfront Rentals has nothing to do with the management or day-to-day operation of The Baja Cantina. Reservations are made in good faith as to the condition and readiness of your rental unit. If you have any comments or complaints you should first notify the office at the Baja Cantina. If that does not take care of the problem, let us know and Beachfront Rentals will make every attempt to solve the problem for you.
