Rentals is a vacation rental agency with access to the best selection of houses,
condos, hotels, and
resort properties in Rocky Point, Mexico. We provide a wide variety
of rentals from budget properties to luxury vacation rentals.
All properties are located on the beautiful Sea of Cortez in Rocky Point,
Mexico only 66 miles south of the Mexico Border.

For those of you
planning trips to Puerto
Penasco after January 31, 2008 who do not yet
have a passport, you will no longer be able to cross back into
the U.S. with only a drivers license. The Department
of Homeland Security issued a press
release reminding U.S. citizens crossing the border by
land back into the U.S. that crossing rules are changing under as of January 31, 2008. Border crossing guards
will require both a government issued photo I.D. (such as a
drivers license) and proof of citizenship (such as a birth
certificate). If you already have a passport, it will meet both of these requirements.
For U.S. citizens 18 and younger - only proof of U.S.
citizenship (a birth certificate) is required. To apply

The date has not yet been determined when implementation of the
passport
requirements for land crossings will occur.

| Cancellation
Policy: Please
read all our policies carefully. Each resort has a specific policy
for refunds, cancellations, and payments.
Once
a payment has been processed, all cancellations are subject
to a minimum $50 fee per reservation. If you cancel a reservation
within seven (7) days of the arrival date, the cancellation fee is
the standard room rate for the first night of the reservation or
$50, whichever is greater.
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will not receive any
refund. There is no refund for reservation where the guest does not
arrive. No refunds will be given to any guest who is cautioned
and/or evicted by the management, resort security or local police
for violations of the resort's rules for guests. Management reserves
the right to issue refunds in the form of check made payable to the
individual on the reservation and to mail it within 14 days of
refund date. There
are no refunds for early departure for any reason and no
refunds for holidays, including spring break.

Any reschedule is subject to a $20 fee. We will allow 2 changes to
your reservations and then we charge a $20 for each additional
change.
